I use both forms of Vit C.... Time released. I take the Ascorbyl Palmitate (fat soluble) at night and the other form, in the morning.This form is absorbed by the cells and is there ALWAYS... each cell that breaks down.. releases some, so it's sustained release by nature. And, it's in every cell of your body... all the time. Doing what vit c does...The other form, water soluble... unless time released, will pass right out of the body. I added this form several years ago and wish I'd have done so... much sooner.If you like the idea of having Vit C.... always available to the cells in your body... this is a good one to use.Seems to be a decent quality and always arrives fresh and in great condition.

I didn't know this was a great form of Vitamin C that is easily absorbable by your gums. A great product.

This is the best oil soluble Vitamin C as it goes down better. It probably has a shorter shelf life though than the Caps but the Cap are hard to swallow. And if you have a tendency to be constipated you will prefer the capsules too.

from what i've learned this form of vitamin C is used well by our human bodies

i do like this product, however, NOW brand costs a little less.Make sure you read bottle carefully both capsules and tablets are offered!

ascorbyl Palmitate is a great vitamin c that is fat soluble and helps to make brain work better. to think better. When you get cold or flue helps to get out of the fog

リーズナブルと感じたので購入しました。海外製品なので、カプセルが大きく、24mm×7mmくらいあるので、少なくとも女性には飲み込みにくいサイズだと思います。自分は、カプセルを開けながら中身だけ口の中に入れて、粉だけ水で飲み始めました。

届くのに１週間ちょっとかかったので1星マイナスにしましたが、物自体は良いです。お薬を飲んでいるので、その副作用を防ぐ為に脂溶性のビタミンを飲むように指示されて購入しました。飲み始めて１週間経ちますが、副作用が全くでていないので、効いているのだと思います。容器には１日に２から５カプセル飲むようにと書いてありますが、筋肉反射テストで私は１日１カプセルで良いと出たので、毎日１カプセルだけ飲んでいます。

脂溶性だからといって効果はよくわからないです。

一粒が大きいですが、飲んでいる時期は、疲れにくさを実感できました。

関節痛の軽減を目的として、コラーゲンと併用して2ヶ月程飲んでますがそれほど効果は感じません。もう少し我慢して続けてみます。
