Excellent cord. No more static!
This is the cord for a landline phone. (I was getting static on my calls because the old cord was lose and the clip was not tight.) I would have to hold the cord while I was talking to get rid of the static.This cord fits great. No more static. The clips are very good quality and it is a very tight and secure fit. Thank you very much.

Cord good, shipping charges not so good!
Cord was fine and just what I needed.The only drawback was not being an Amazon member made the shipping charges a bit much!I paid more in shipping and handling than I did for the cord itself!

Always buy phone wires from Southwestern Bell they are tops in their field.. Also I was notified this return was lost in return I sent it back in same bag it came in …sent back with the phone ..

Another customer left a comment that these were not the 12 ft length as advertized. I've bought plenty of handset cords in my life. When the packaging says 6 ft or 12 ft, the cord actually becomes 6 ft or 12 ft when fully stretched out. This cord only stretches to 9 ft. It works fine but I'd rather have a 12 ft cord. However it's not worth the trouble of requesting or refund. So just be aware, if you really gotta have a 12 footer, DON'T BUY THIS ONE.
