Impressed
I'm really impressed with this clothing rack! It's huge! For how large and sturdy it is, I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. I was able to hang all my winter coats, including three heavy leather jackets, plus jeans, sweaters, purses, and sweatshirts — easily over 400 pounds in total. My previous rack, which I got from Ikea (third picture) , couldn't handle even a quarter of that weight.I needed something more durable, and this one is perfect. Setup was easy too. The only downside was that the rods looked like they'd been returned before, since the zip ties were cut, some of the plastic wrapping was torn, and some scuffs on the metal. But overall, I'm really happy with the quality for the price!

Sturdy-city baby! A great rack for vintage (REAL) coats and clothes...
Here's the brief but truthful deal for all of you folks that are utterly curious as to the quality of this inexpensive rack..This beast is a solid and worthy investment. The set-up was beyond easy as well, a couple of connecting points and maybe one or two of your own tools and you're golden. As you can see from my photograph, (and pardon the blurriness!) this rack is supporting almost 200 lbs of coats... yes, VINTAGE and OLD SCHOOL coats; a dense leather pea-coat, a huge wool mountain jacket and other various aged coats that weigh at least 5 to 10 pounds per piece, AND sweaters and an old wool blanket too! It's really a well designed rack and I've definitely pushed its capacity to the limit. The only thing I've noticed, and I believe one reviewer did some adjustments to assist this issue (and its not a structural problem mind you) is when the top half silver poles slide into the lower base section of the rack, there might be a bit of space which can make it shift a tiny bit. I couldn't care less, because it doesn't in ANY way compromise the sturdiness of the rack. If that tiny movement affects you, you can drill something through it or perhaps even foam that connection, maybe even duck tape the connecting part? This rack is really dynamite. If my photo doesn't prove it, I don't know what to tell you... I've got a lot of weight on this thing and there's NO bend in that top pole!Peace and Love people!Hope this helps!

A great value in a budget product. Easy to build with quality components.
In the context of a clothes hanging bar that will see minimal movement and just needs to be sturdy at holding items, this is a great value for the money. It builds easy with all tools needed included. It is sturdy once set up, and components are of good quality. The casters especially are of ball bearing construction and push easily, even over my carpet. Hardware is also good with the only thing of poor quality being the wrench to fasten the casters on with. One edge was bent but it still did the job and I could have easily bent it back if I was so inclined. Paint or powdercoat is very good, chrome looks good and the welds appear to be more than adequate. It's a good buy.

Exceptional clothing rack!
This rack is just what I needed to hang lots of jackets and clothing. I read the good reviews and decided to buy it and I’m so glad I did. It holds a ton of clothing and is very heavy duty! Not sure why someone said it wouldn’t hold five dresses and they returned theirs. They must have assembled it wrong or something. Because, this clothing rack is extremely heavy duty and durable. Just like the ones you see in stores only better. I love mine and it holds so much stuff! Well worth the money! It also has wheels that lock as well. If I ever need another one, I will definitely buy this brand. Definitely a must if you have a lot of clothes and need space to hang them. I love it!

Truly industrial — measure your space, though!
I didn’t look at the dimensions of this rack well enough when I ordered it. It’s much wider and shorter than I expected — I would have preferred the width be the height and the height be the width, but that was pure not RTFS on my part. (Reading the fxxxx specs.) The height also does not adjust, which I found odd. That said, this is truly an industrial-level clothing rack. It’s no frills, sturdy as all get out, and well worth the price. It is very easy to assemble. It comes with the necessary tools, and it will be very easy to disassemble should the need ever arise. I taped the tools in a plastic bag to the side of one of the bottom supports so they won’t get lost.I’ve owned what I thought were some pretty nice clothing racks in the past, and this one equals all of the nice ones I’ve loved and lost. It will hold a load of heavy clothes with no danger of tipping over. The “Z” design helps the stability quite a bit, as does the high-grade steel. If I hadn’t planned a much smaller space for it to fit into, I’d give it five stars. That is all on me rather than on what seems to be a fine product, though. As it is, it does not quite fit my needs, space-wise, so living with it basically in the way is currently inconvenient. Luckily, my closet-sorting project is short-term and will be over in a few weeks, at which time this rack will go live in the garage. If you’ve got the room and need a rack that’s sturdy easy to move, super strong, and basically a clothing rack for life should you want to move it with you, spend the extra cash on this one. I can see why other folks with more clothes than myself have purchased multiples of this. It won’t disappoint — as long as you have the space for it!

Best Purchase, worth the money
Bought this for my closet in our new house as we are waiting to have the closet custom built.. and Holy cow is this thing worth the price. Spend the little extra! you won't be disappointed.it's definitely commercial grade quality compared to what you get at Walmart, Target etc. I was able to hang all my clothes and some of my husband's on it with ease. I intend to keep it for winter clothes storage down the road. It was easy to assemble. The wheels work great and you can lock them so the rack doesn't move around.Highly recommend even if its a little pricier than others.

Sturdy, mobility and Easy of Assembly
Bought two of these and wow, so easy to assemble. No external tools needed as internal tools supplied in box. Just took a glance at front page of manual and managed to assemble the units easily without the manual. You cant go wrong with assembly. Sturdy and able to handle several heavy winter jackets with ease. The "Z" frame design helps to easily access all the jackets and the mobility of the high quality castors makes moving this with ease. You don't need too much pressure to push the unit to move. Industrial strength aluminum with big bolts are a great add. For the quality you get you would normally pay over $200 for this. This is a great option if you are looking for a strong, mobile and sturdy garment rack.

solid and useful coat rack
The clothing rack was relatively easy to assemble, and it appears to be sturdy. I have a fair amount of winter coats, hung up on the rack, and the rack has held steady. The rack has shown no signs of tipping over or collapsing. I gave it 5 stars for durability, but it is new, and time will tell. So far a very satisfactory purchase.
