Directions
Once you've found the cervix, take a tube and syringe out and put the fatter end of the tube away from the syringe - the fat end of the tube is free from sharp edges and is safe to touch the cervix with. Pull in some air into the tube and into the syringe (upto to the 1ml mark). This air allows you to get the last of the semen out. Then open the pot and put the tube into the semen. Go for the cloudiest part of the liquid - this is where the sperm are, the more opaque it is - the better. Take

up about 0.2ml (one graduation mark on the syringe) and apply this to the hole in the middle of the cervix (also called the os of the cervix). If there is any thick mucus in the way, you can move it aside with the tube. After applying the semen, wait 5 minutes, then move any liquid off the cervix and apply another 0.2ml to the hole. Then wait 5 minutes to allow the sperm to swim into the hole, continuing this until the pot is empty.
