Waste of money
I'm not sure how to describe these peanuts. Let me first say, the different breeds of birds in my yard will not eat them. I have never seen such a thing. There is clearly something wrong with the nuts. And, the peanuts "break down" with the slightest bit of moisture. They turn to mush!! Forget rain, if they get covered with the morning dew... mush!! I wasted my (and the birds) money. p.s., the squirrels won't even touch them, and they will eat just about anything.

Good price, and my birds love them!
My backyard birds go nuts for these peanuts (ha ha.) I have them in a Squirrel Buster nut feeder in Seattle, and they attract nuthatches, chickadees, flickers, jays, and a couple of downy woodpeckers. The larger birds have a little bit of difficulty landing on that feeder, but once they figure it out they come back several times a day. About once every three months maybe one peanut piece will jam, but that's on par with other feeders so no complaints at all. These go fast once the word gets out :-)

Birds do not seem to eat these quite as much????
These are very clean and great looking... But, I am using these during the winter and the birds are ignoring them. I mix them with the light brown meal works which are eaten immediately. And, what I am left with is a feeder full of these nuts. I have used other peanuts which I believe the birds liked a lot more. They did not look as nice, but who cares what they look like.

Way better than the mess of peanuts in shell!
Iâve had a squirrel family on my balcony for the past 8 months. They visit four times a day...and even take food from my hand now! Prior to peanut pickouts I was leaving whole peanuts. Such a mess! So glad I found the pickouts...my lil buddies love em!

Flexible even in cold weather, well made and light weight. Good Product
Clean products peanuts or sunflower hearts in 5 gallon buckets with easy off lids. The nuts etc are in sealed plastic bags inside the buckets.Being paranoid about bringing home Coronavirus, I put in 3 gallons of water, and one cup of chlorine bleach in one bucket.(That's the CDC recommends to instantly kill any Coronavirus attached to groceries or anything else instantly.I dip everything except things that will be damaged by submersing in water. Those are wiped down with paper towels we use to dry off the chlorine water mix before bringing anything into the house. Plus car door knobs, steering wheel, cell phones or house door knobs.Canned stuff (labels will stay on and dry with a quick dip, veggies, fruits, can all be submersed, meats wrapped and sealed in plastic are dipped. It's the outside surface of the packages or the skin of the fruit or veggies that would have the virus. The last thing dipped is the store plastic bags. Those I hang inside my garage and use for trash can liners when dry or just recycle a bunch. This solution of chlorine and water is so weak it can't be tasted or detected by smell. Our City of Detroit drinking water which comes from Lake Huron a mile from shore sometimes has a chlorine odor.

Love the half pieces for feeding the birds
Love the half pieces for feeding the birds. After ordering other peanuts, I found that the Blue Jays were the only birds that could handle the whole peanuts. The cardinals love these, as they can work through half of a piece. These are so clean and arrive in a handy, re-closeable bag.

Perfect for birds and squirrels
I like to keep the birds, chipmunks and squirrels well fed, especially in the winter. I love the half pieces and most birds can handle them. Those who canât, will chew it into smaller pieces. Lately Iâve had flying squirrels that come only at night because they know exactly where to come for their peanuts. đ

Blue Jays & Squirrels Favorite Peanut Brand in Florida?
I live in Florida and not sure why but this brand squirrels and Blue Jays love the most. I've tried a bunch of other peanut brands and this one seems to be the ones they keep coming back too. I read to feed them only roasted peanuts but none of the wildlife touch roasted peanuts for some reason. I've tried about 3 different roasted peanut brands and they never touch it... but leaving this brand out they keep coming back for more.
