Rice came packed in tight in the vacuum sealed pack. At first, I was nervous that it was hard because of staleness... but once I broke the plastic seal, the rice came out free flowing as expected. Very tasty and cooked well. I'd buy again!

This is excellent sushi rice
This is excellent sushi rice! Takes a little longer to make. An hour soaking and 30-45 minutes cooking, but well worth the effort.
