Just what I needed
I moved into a house with a ceiling fan, but the glass lamp was not installed. The pieces were just what I needed and hold the glass in place. I wish there was a rubber gasket included as I do not like attaching metal directly to glass. But, I used the Amazon packing envelope and fashioned my own. It does not show and works perfectly.

Fit Hampton Bay Fan
Wow, this was a great find! I went to all the big box stores to try and find this, and they had nothing. This finial piece was missing in one of our rental houses. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new fan or somehow fabricate my own finial. Glad I found this. Fits and matches perfectly!

Works well...could use a couple extras.
Worked well and looks nice. Could have used an extra washer to fit inside the glass cover to hold it tighter. My husband had to come up with that, so that the cover didn't tilt and wiggle a bit. Also would have been nice to have a bit of chain with an end to attach the weighted piece. The ceiling fan had just a bit of chain hanging down, without the wider piece to hold the weight. Again, my husband found something to fit.At least now we can have a cover on our ceiling fan light!

We had to change this cap to change the light fixture, it worked perfect.

Didnt work for my fan
This fit existing fan but would not allow center chain to pull to turn light off an on. It was like there wasn't enough room for my pull chain to operate effectively.:( It was nice looking parts though and fast delivery.

Fits Hunter fan from Cos tco
Fits the Hunter fan that was sold at Costco a few years ago! Hurrah! Just buy this. It's impossible to find washers and nuts the right size at bug box stores or online. This fits!

Made for 2 pull-chains provide end cap for only 1???
Nice but clearly made for 2 pull chains yet only provide end knob for one chain??? Doesn’t make sense. So have one chain with a nice end end and one chain hanging loose.Would not buy again. Too bad
