easier
Got into making ulu boards and knives for friends and family. On the first few, I made the ulu knife from old table saw blades (a real pain in the butt). I then discovered these blanks which take most of the work out of making the knives. The results are clearly superior using the blanks although I can no longer say I made everything.

Loved the kit
I have been wanting a large Ulu knife since watching Life Below Zero. We ordered one, but it was so small & just to be looked at. We ordered this one & he took an antler & made me an Ulu knife. Loved the kit, may order another one.

Excellent quality...no instructions for handle
Bought five of these for Christmas gifts. Came up with my own method for building the oak handles and maple base. Was very pleased with the consistency of size and hole placement on every one.
