Great customer service and great product
There was a delay in delivery which resulted in a melted ice pack and some off-tasting yeast - I live in Florida so this was always a possibility. Customer service was understanding and immediately sent out a replacement, which arrived on time and fresh.Product is great and potent, so if youâre looking to up the quality your baking without committing to a large amount that will spoil soon, I highly recommend this listing.

Not sure about quality control.
Got them over a week ago and theyâve been in the freezer, took out and thawed to get ready to use and theyâre all moldy. âšď¸

The item arrived as scheduled but the cold pack was completely warm when I got it I don't know if it will work or not time will only tell but with everything else I have ordered I'm completely satisfied

Three small cubes not worth the price

During cold winter days this product will not ship until there are at least 2 days above freezing.
This is the only live yeast I have found on the internet. I need it for certain Austrian Christmas products/ Regular dry yeast does NOT work. This is the only one I can get that makes the salt sticks we love.
