TravelonAnti-Theft Classic Small East/West Crossbody

This purse is a little bigger than the Travelon Addison bag (which is another great purse), but it's just the size that my wife wants. It is actually large enough to put a water bottle in the bottom if you're so inclined (she's not - I carry the water bottles). The pockets are thoughtfully laid out and the bag is well made. My wife and girls in our family have made numerous trips overseas with Travelon bags, and have just gotten new bags.They like the safety features, and they like that the adjustable-length strap locks into place so it never comes loose if the little locking mechanism on the clasp where the strap attaches to the bag is clicked or flipped into the spring-loaded "locked" position. This is a great travel purse.

I felt more secure on a recent trip overseas with this bag. It’s lightweight and secure with tear-proof fabric and locking zippers. It is a crossbody and lays close to the body with the adjustable strap. It’s a good size for carrying essentials.

First let me say this, I am not a paid reviewer. Secondly, I have read a lot of the reviews about this product and let me say this, a lot of you reviewed the item before actual use. I, myself, purchased this bag about a year ago. I know a long time to wait to review it. Why now? Simply because I wanted to put it through the test of real world/use before I reviewed it.This bag has seen a trip to Egypt and a use in everyday life. I have stuffed the bag full at times and weighted it down with things like 2 cells phone etc. I have as of yet to see any issues with breakage or tearing. The bag has held together for over a year now. No rips, nor any tears and no separation of the strap from the body of the bag. The metal clasps are still in great condition and working well. I also love the fact that I can close and lock those clasps and the contents in the pockets are safe from theft. Great idea on that one Travel On. The slash resistant shoulder strap is secure with and has kept it's shape.As for the inside of the bag itself, I find it roomy. It holds a folded fan, phone (sometimes 2 phones), wallet, sunglasses and glasses (in their cases). Items in the front pocket, inside pockets (all 3) and the back outside pocket and it still feels well balanced and light weight.I have seen in other reviews that some bags have torn or were slashed. I have not experienced that with my bag at the time of this review. I would definitely recommend this bag for travel and everyday use (especially if you live in an urban area). For myself, if I could add one thing to it, it would be an additional .5 inch (3 inches instead of 2.5) on the width it would be perfect!

very nice bag, lots of pockets, really smooth zippers. Not very big but fits a small bottle of water as well as usual stuff.

Not too big, not too small, with lots of pockets inside and out. Sits close to the body. Strap is extendable. I’m 6’1” and it sits comfortably at hip level, and could go a bit longer. Has two exterior zipped pockets. I use the front one for sunglasses, back for phone. Interior has credit card pockets, passport pocket, zipped pocket, and phone pocket. Keychain hook. I put makeup, pills, mirror in zipped interior pocket.

It is so lightweight, yet durable. I love the way it is set up with compartments. I like the security of knowing the safety features of the zippers locking closed and the handles having wires in them so they can’t be easily cut. It was the perfect purse to take on vacation. Used it every day for two weeks and it still looks like brand new.

This is the travel purse I had been searching for! Love that my iPad Mini 5 will easily slip in and out of the exterior pocket in back and the lockable zipper will help keep it secure.I will keep my phone in the front zipper pocket for quick access. The tan interior lining of the main compartment makes it easy to find things but the little flashlight on the key ring was a thoughtful addition.The interior has one full-width zippered side pocket where I will keep my passport and wallet with two slip pouches on the opposite side for a small coin purse and portable mini power bank. After being pickpocketed I now keep even my coin purse on a thin 16” chain clipped to the key ring.The overall dimensions are small enough that I can manage to stash it inside my under-the-seat carryon before boarding a flight. It’s fairly lightweight too.Pretty much perfect for me!

I want to love this bag that I got for trip to Spain but it’s literally hard. Love the size, pockets, setup & functions with locks. I have a back issue and find the bag heavy and very stiff- including the straps. Very uncomfortable. Too late to return
