The muesli bread... the vanilla pudding baked apple cake... the LEMON ICE CREAM... the chocolate ice cream... the laminated dough recipes... all SO good and with beautiful accompanying pictures and easy to follow instructions. I thought that some of these German pastry recipes would be over my head, but they are truly accessible and much easier to make than I thought for entry level bakers.The photographs are beautiful and serve as an amazing inspiration when you are deciding which of these incredible desserts to make for the holidays!
