This soap is super gritty and some people may only be able to tolerate it on their hands (my husband, for example). I use it every day. I'm not sure if it really "moisturizes", but I'm not giving this stuff anything less than 5 stars in any area. I love it. I've even given it as gifts for people at work (like a little set of 3... mixing it up with the other "flavors") and people love it. The people that come back to me and comment are the people who dig that gritty grit grit all over. Again, it is not for everyone, but if it is for you, it's for you and you'll know it. You won't feel it the first time you use it... it takes a couple showers to really get to the grit. (Did I mention grit?)
