McCormick Fajita Seasoning Mix, 1.12 oz (Pack of 12)

Best fajitas seasoning. Love this stuff.

Lately I've been using two packets of fajita seasoning at a time. First I broil a flank steak on both sides and while that is being watched carefully in the oven I stir fry two sliced up bell peppers and one sliced sweet onion in a little vegetable oil.Then when the flank steak is ready (I use a 1 1/2 pound one so broils fast) I slice it up and add it to the stir fry vegetables. Then add two packages of seasoning plus a little water. 2 tablespoons water may be enough or you may want to use 1/4 cup. I find the vegetables add quite a bit of liquid themselves.Then I put tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds to warm them up, each on their own plate. Then I top the tortilla with sour cream and salsa plus shredded cheddar cheese. Then simply add the meat and vegetables and you have a fajita that is delicious. Napkins are advised!I was happy I could get these in a pack of 12 because we are eating fajitas more often than normal since it is such a quick dinner.~The Rebecca Review

The bar codes and pkg ID are mislabeled at the warehouse. If ordered, you will get enchilada sauce mix. I went through this twice.When they resolve this problem I will reorder again as I like the product, flavors and ease of use.
