The Reese 8339 25K Fold-Down Gooseneck Hitch allows unrestricted use of the truck bed when not towing and takes only seconds to raise or lower the ball into position. The platform and the ball are rated for 25,000 lbs. GTW and 6,250 lbs. vertical load. No alterations of factory exhaust systems are needed. Requires installation kit (sold separately).

Great product.
Works perfectly, a little bit if a challenge to install it.

Solid unit.
Great idea for a hitch that will fold away and allow use of the whole bed. It's heavy, so it will hold up under whatever trailer it's carrying. And with a little creative metalwork, it can be truly hidden. Best to remove the pick up bed and buy or make support rails.A hatch can then me cut in the bed floor, and it does not have to be as big as the whole unit.

Overall nice fit
Product was delivered quickly. The hitch was mounted on a 2001 F-350. It looks nice and folds almost flush. Good for light to medium weight goosneck loads.
