Yes, it is a flavored black tea, wonderful berry flavor but it is black tea containing caffeine.

How much sodium is in this tea?

I checked the entire box. It doesn't say anything about sodium. It is 100% natural black tea and fruit.I can say it's one of the few flavored teas that I thoroughly enjoy.

There is an expires date on each package. For example, mine have an expire date of 10/22, but I have never had a problem since the packages are well sealed.
