Worked exactly as expected
We used this in a Skoolie conversion and it worked great for our needs! We took upwards of 15 minute showers with a ~1 gallon/minute shower head. I did turn it on once without it being full and burnt out the heating core, but that was a $10 and 10 minute fix with a trip to the local hardware store. Also, it did get to me with a broken check valve, nearly flooded the room when I realized it, but I'm easy going and had that fixed with a few bucks as well

Complications
The product had dents, and a broken drain valve. Good thing I hired a plumber to install it because he also had to replace a bad relief valve. It does work to heat the water.

Water heater has many inferior features
It does not have an on/off switch, which means you have to turn it off at the circuit breaker when you empty the water once a year. Also, I hooked it up after I had it new in the box for three years, and it didn't work. Too late to get a refund. The water drain hose did not drain the water; the water drained only at the cold water connection, which meant water spillage on the floor until I could get the hose connected. Don't buy this water heater. It's a rip-off all the way around. I spent, if I recall, $278 on it, which was stolen money since the unit is defective in more ways than one.

Great water heater
We live in a small mobile home that requires the use of a 120 volt water heater. There were none available locally so we took the chance of ordering one online. We are very happy with this model. It was easy to install and has given us the hot water we needed with no hiccups. The only drawback was the 2 week delivery time but since it had to travel across the country in a truck, the wait was understandable.

Does the job
Does the job well. Our old one at pur place on the river had passed into history and this fill the bill as a replacement.

Answer to "How long a shower can I take with this?"
This is the 3rd I've installed in a rental... They tend to last 10 years (more if I'd drain the sludge out every year). A few have asked how long a shower they give... My present tenant told me he's used it 15 minutes, and still has plenty hot water left (I've got the thermostat set at 140 degrees F, way below it's dangerously scalding high end). Just fine for 1 or 2 people using only a shower and not a tub.

Wanted a water heater to fit under the counter. It is doing a beautiful job without running up the electric bill like a much larger heater would do.
