Have had this filler for a few months and using it to fill jars with a thicker cream and it works like a charm! It’s easy to use holds a good amount of cream to fill.

I wanted to leave a review since I read a lot of them myself before purchasing....... I was hesitant based on some reviews, but needed something to help me fill cosmetics quicker, and this has helped tremendously! I wish I bought it sooner! Mine machine didn't come oily/dirty at all - I'm not sure if maybe that was an older practice - but mine was perfectly clean and ready to go. I sterilized it first of course but other than that setup was simple. The first time cleaning we made a mess since there was more product left inside the lower parts of the funnel than we thought (it wasn't dispensing anymore so we assumed was empty) - but just part of the troubleshooting and getting to know the machine, was easier the second time around. I would recommend this, we are happy with the purchase!

Product cane damaged. The lid is bent, which means I can't close the top compartment correctly. Don't know it if was shipping but that was really disappointing for the investment I made.

If I could put it any more blunt then save your money I would. At first site opening the box I could tell there was a lot of lubricant. As I am taking the machine apart for first use, I can see metal bits and rust immediately as I unscrew the drum. I do the recommended cleaning, removed the metal bits with nose tip players, and then reassemble. After that I ran Dawn dish soap and water through it. Then rinsed again. I work only with honey, so when it is poured it is at 100*F. While I started my first batch I noticed that black lubricant was still entering my bottles. Tossed those and the honey. Rewashed the machine, completely tore it apart and soaked the whole thing in hot soapy water. I then used a toothbrush to deeply clean. Thinking how could there be any lubricant left? I reassembled the machine, and gave it another try. A complete fail again, still ran black lubricant into my honey.

I absolutely love that I don’t have to hand fill my conditioners, shampoos, etc. the only thing that this filler should include is some cleaning brushes. I bought some nozzle cleaning brushes. Good purchase

The spring broke after 3 months of once-a-week use. We need to figure out how to get a new one.

I was able to use this right out of the box. I tested it with water first - before a deep cleaning. Loosely following the manual, and with some intuition (because the manual is not thorough), I was able to adjust the volume, and change the spout. I am filling 125-1000 ml bottles - so being able to adjust is very useful. I thought it would be difficult to get the set screw to the right point for the precise measure, but it was actually pretty easy. I will definitely check the volume from time to time throughout production - to make sure there isnt much variance. The lever works easily, and after several draws, the volume did remain consistant. The machine is well made of rugged heavy duty materials. The machining seems to be perfect. The only think that is a minor irritant is that the spout is over the base. So if there is any spilling - it will be on the machine, and not on the work surface - or tray beneath. This machine is very useful for bottle filling production.

This machine uses pressure to push the liquid through it, causing infusion of air into the liquids. In the first picture you can see the thousands of micro air pockets it creates, as they catch the light. The second picture is hand poured and there is no air for light to reflect off of. Third picture is side by side comparison. It rendered my products unsellable. Customer service was useless, they just said return it if I wasn’t happy, which I wasn’t. Had to return it
