𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘.. 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘...𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 I’m typically skeptical about ordering certain things online! I’m a true believer in reading reviews, hoping someone leave info I can use in making a decision. Especially when sizing is concerned, I’ve used a few different brands of waist trainers. I Must say this one Here is the 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 I’m 161 5’5’ I have a larger bone structure so I went with a Large and it’s 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁! The trainer covers My entire torso not just a portion like most others. It’s comfortable, but is very supportive. I do multiple workouts throughout the week, an it’s just what Mama needed. There’s no bunching or Rolling of the material either🙌🏾 I’m So Excited to have found this product and look forward to seeing it Get this waist 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱🔥🔥 and get the next size Down. out If all the trainers I have purchased I am most pleased with this one. The back support is amazing. Definitely makes me sweat it doesn’t bulge out of your clothing and most importantly it’s COMFORTABLE. I WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN.

I’m 5’2 and weigh 134. I original bought a small. Btw kudos if you can fit a small! I on the other hand returned that bad boy for medium! Fits perfect. Bought to sweat more (lose water weight) around my midsection during my runs. If I can lose some inches then even better, but I don’t expect this to be the magic solution alone. Overall, good quality product.

I use this to workout and I love it so much.As for sizing I could have gotten a 2x. I got a 3x and have it on the last hooks and it feels comfortable. I’m 5’3” 230pds.Besides that amazing worth the buy it your working out.

Let me begin by saying I had minimal expectations that this would be any different from other trainers I've tried. My apologies! This trainer really works very well. I have only been walking in it and I have not actually exercised but in a few short days I've lost almost an inch off my waist. It's hard to believe that it's working so fast. I'm 5'4", 140 pounds but also a woman of a certain age so my stomach is beginning to take on that old lady bulge. Also my many fibroids don't help. In less than a week my clothes are fitting much better and I look better in them. I can say that after day 3 I wished I had ordered a size small instead of a size medium. I will definitely be ordering another. I love this thing! Try it you will not be disappointed.

I got this to replace my last one and am a huge fan of it. I can wear it for hours without a problem. I love the benefits that come along with rocking a waist trainer. It improves your posture, flattens your tummy, and pushes your boobs up. It helps get that hour glass figure we all want. This is definitely a must have for every woman.I will suggest ordering a size down because the first one I ordered I ended up having to return because it was too big. I event took the time to measure myself and it was still too loose to keep. I’m 5’1 and weigh 140 pounds; I reordered a small and it fits perfect. It is on the long side, at least for me considering I do have a shorter torso. This has really been a problem since I usually just tuck it into my jeans.One of my favorite features is that it also Velcro across the front, making it feel even tighter. I will warn that with tighter shirts it does show due to this. With dresses, I haven’t had the same problem.It’s easy to clean and won’t leave your belly all red.Overall, it’s really good quality and isn’t annoying to wear so I’d recommend it.

I just had a baby and have tried 4 different waist trainers already. I love this one so far! One of my friend recommended it to me after she lost 10 lbs 😅 it was really hard to put on at first but once it’s on it’s really comfy! The only con is I get a back roll🥴

The sizing chart was wrong, according to my measurements I should wear a 4xl...it was way too big. I returned it though and got a 2xl, and it fit PERFECT!! That is why I rate it 5 stars!
