The belt's tag, as well as the Mooto website, says "Made in China".

Do you do embroidery that I can add each ends of belt?

I do not think Amazon does the embroidery. I purchased the belt and took it to century martial arts in New Jersey to have it embroidered. It is a fabulous belt however. Takes the embroidery perfectly.
