Very Cool
I'm very pleased with the cooling effect of this pillow, although I don't like the plastic feel of the "cool side." I keep the pillow on the floor beside my bet, and when I am having a hot flash, I switch to my cooling pillow.

The pillow is "fair". You get what you pay for. Invest more money.....you get a better pillow. I bought one for $30 at Bed,Bath, and Beyond and like it better.

Loved this sleeping accessory so much that I ordered another one. The pillow gets cold and stays that way for a really refreshing sleep. No more turning your pillow all night long!

Pillow is cheaply made, cheap acrylic filling, cooling gel only stays cool for about one hour.
