I am remodeling a vintage camper and needed to replace the storm windows in the camper so I ordered 2-12 foot sections of their universal storm window frame with free shipping thinking I could cut the frames after I got them and figured out the best configuration for my project. This was also the only size they sold on Amazon. I received a phone call from the company saying that I had to pay additional freight shipping costs because they could not ship the 12 foot sections by ups or fed-ex even though their amazon ad stated free shipping with nothing about additional shipping fees. They stated they would cut the frames to the sizes I needed, unfortunately this would not work for me as I would need a section to determine the best configuration for my project and how it would be best to cut them down. Their supervisor told me to look on their website as to available sizes that the offer so I looked and figured 3-8 foot pieces would work for my project and would be a good compromise as it was still a total of 24 feet of frame and their ad stated they offered free shipping on their product. When I asked them to exchange they wanted additional money, twice what I paid originally. They finally stated that they would not substitute even though it was the supervisor had told me to look at their website and see what sizes were available. He kept repeating over and over that he would send me 2-8 foot sections and 2-4 foot sections and that was it. Terrible customer service.
