Amazon Basics Aluminum Portable Foldable Height Adjustable Laptop Stand for Devices up to 13", Silver

Simple, does the job. Although not foldable to a smaller size, it is thin and fits in the backpack perfectly, and stable on the table. No sliding when using with a 14" laptop. Good price and would recommend. No shaking and can type on laptop while using. Locked into 1 specific height but comfortable for eyes and typing.

Lightweight, sturdy, very portable. I have literally glued it to my laptop, that's how seamless it is to use it and move around with it. Easy to collapse too to store flat.

Color: BlackFirst Glance: The packaging on the item was very simple like all the other AmazonBasics product. At the first glance, the stance has a really nice matte black finish. The overall build of the stance is very sturdy since it is made out of aluminum.Review:I tested the stance with my 2017 15" Macbook Pro. The MBP weighs roughly ~3-4 lbs. The three short rubber pads in the front along with the long one in the back really helps preventing the stance from slipping forward and backward. As soon as I started typing like usual, I started noticing the laptop is wiggling left and right. The laptop tends to tilt to one side even when I gently rested my palm on it. The laptop stance does not provide wide enough support to prevent 15" laptops from tilting. To be fair, the MBP is considered relatively light when compared to other work stations or even gaming laptop. I have also tested my Lenovo Y50-70 (~4.6 lbs) gaming laptop on the stance, the laptop almost fell when I rested my palm on it.Recommendation: This laptop stance is great for any light weight 13 inch laptops (as long as it's not weirdly wide). It has a sleek design and easy to be carried around.

I just got my product today and I'm using it now to type up this review. I have a MacBook Pro 13" and it works perfect! It's just what I needed and was looking for. It's ergonomic and comfortable to type on my laptop from this angle. It feels sturdy and does not feel like my laptop is going to slide or slip off. My husband has a MacBook Pro 15". His laptop also works with this, only it is a little wider, so as long as my hands are in the typing position, there's no problem. It feels like it's going to tip if I have my hands on the far left edge or far right edge. If you have a 15", it will work, just be conscious of that and not to bump it. It folds flat and is light, which is perfect as I intend to take this with me back and forth to work. I might need to just buy one to keep at work but for now, not a big deal to carry with me.

Strong and sturdy been using for years. Easy on the wrist.

This works great for me when I travel with my laptop. I like having a stand as I can type much easier when laptop is on an angle.

This stand is pretty great for the most part -- it fits well into a bag and is easy to set up on a table quickly. The angle the laptop sits is a good balance of bringing the screen up without the keyboard being too tall to be usable (good if you don't want to also bring an external keyboard).Unfortunately, the adhesive that holds the rubber pads to the aluminum frame will fail fairly quickly. I believe I lost the first within the first month. I'm now not-quite a year into using this stand and both of the corner pads that sit at the back of the laptop are gone. The stand is still usable, but without the support of those pads, a 16" macbook pro will rock a little while typing. I expect the larger pads use the same adhesive and will likely come off and render the stand unusable (without scratching my laptop) well before the aluminum frame has any noticeable wear. That's a real shame since it seems like the stand would last for years otherwise.Speaking of scratching, the edges have been rounded, but I don't think enough. The edges around the corners are just sharp enough that they can leave a hefty scratch on a laptop if in a bag together.

I'm impressed with its size and strength, even I'm using it with a 14" ultrabook. No assembly required. Holds my laptop extremely well. Sort of disappears because of the powdercoated black and it holds it a just the right height.

Raises my laptop to a perfect angle for typing. Extremely good value for monty.
