Works well for preventing BV
My body chemistry is such that BV has been a frequent problem in my life. I had tried all the special washes and I wear breathable natural fiber underwear, I'd tried everything they suggest. Nothing worked. My gyno said some women just have wonky chemistry and it seemed that was my case. She suggested trying a probiotic with these particular strains. I began with a much more expensive 21-strain probiotic from innovix labs years ago, and almost immediately began to see a difference. I never had a single issue with the ladyparts after that. Eventually, they became overpriced and changed their formula and it wasn't working well for my digestion issues, so I decided to switch to something specifically for the ladyparts and then re-evaluate if I needed additional strains for digestion. I purchased this, and it has served just as well to prevent BV and keep everything balanced. It's been just over a month, and so far so good.

Helps you out honestly
They're abltnto be swallowed very easily and nothing about it it's uncomfortable. Also there a comfortable size to swallow so you won't choke or get them stuck in your throat when taking it.
