Hard Case Replacement for AstroAI Digital Multimeter Volt Meter by Aenllosi (for 6000 Counts)

Very pleased with this Aenllosi case for my AstroAI DM6000AR Multimeter. The meter fits perfectly and there is adequate room for a set of test leads in the front cover pocket. I placed the small instruction sheet for my meter in a small plastic bag and put it in with the test leads pocket. The case is not a hard plastic case, but it is also NOT a soft zip closed bag. It is exactly what I expected; very firm and formed but could be crushed with effort or weight. It certainly should protect your meter if dropped or carelessly stored in your truck or toolbox. I am very pleased with the construction quality of the case and the zipper. I like that the design incorporates room for my test leads. I keep the primary test leads in this new case, but I have additional test leads, jumper cables, alligator clip leads, etc. See the attached photos that show how I store those in a small tool storage bag I purchased at Home Depot for $6. It is also a tough bag with a good zipper and a place to add a label. I also use the small, clear, cheap!, bags from Hobby Lobby for all kinds of things around the house including my extra test leads. Hobby Lobby sells these in three different sizes (jewelry making department).

The case is no bigger than it needs to be. Just enough room to hold the most often used probe test leads and the 4000 counts AstroAI meter. Can easily use the meter's selector switch and function buttons while the meter is secured in the case. The hard case and durable covering should be more than adequate protection for my home use. The zipper is also sturdy.

Appears to be made of some very sturdy plastics. The magnetic clip is more than enough to hold the light weight of the meter and is does much more than I need it to. I was debating whether or not to get the Fluke for 3x as much, but I just couldn't justify the price. If I were an engineer designing precise electrical systems then a solid 'maybe' on the Fluke. The Astro looks great and I bought the hard case to help protect it even though it looks like it could take a pretty solid beating. HIGHLY recommend for daily use on the job or for your electrical hobby or for diagnosis of home electrical appliances etc.

Great case to protect your sensitive digital volt meter. I put my amprobe 510 in it. I put the leads and a no contact volt tester in the mesh lid part. It looks good and keeps my testers from getting beat up

Nicely made and fits the DMM like a glove. It holds the leads in the mesh pocket with no binding due to lack of room. It will do a fine job of protecting the DMM.

I bought this for my new multimeter, the Astro AI 6000. It is made for it as a perfect fit.

This fits my AstroAi meter perfectly and has room for test leads and accessories.

Case is not a real good fit and meter is loose fitting
