Forum Parade Pleasers Oversized Mardi Gras Jester Costume

THIS ONLY STATES THE TROUBLED AREAS. SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT. Overall, 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with it that wasnt fixable or too noticeable. One thing i did like was that the main jumpsuit thing wasnt thick and breathed well and doesnt get hot inside unless you are running around in it. Some of the minor issues were that 1. the outer two tips on the hat dont stay out. I stuffed some pillow stuffing in them and that seemed to fix it. 2. I am a mens 12 in shoe sixe and even if i get the shoe coverings on nicely, they wouldnt stay. I cut a small slit on the bottom of the front where you dont see anyway to loosen it and it works. 3. The large face slips around a lot. I found if i only use my elbow out as an arm it works. It looks more realistic that way too, makes it look like the shoulder is below the large face. The way it would be if it were real. 4. The elastic at the bottom of the leg was too loose and the netting inside that "puffs" it out to round the bottom kept falling out. I did a guick, unnoticeable stitch to tighten it and it is fine now. 5. The bells haging from the purple thing under the face kept falling off. I stitched them back on tightly with fishing line and they havnt fallen off since. Overall nothing wrong with it that was too serious or difficult to fix. Very quick to make adjustments.

People loved this costume it was a great hot

I had to return it. I got it with a stain on the white part and the hat part doesn’t stay up. I work at a nursing home and ordered it for a Mardigras party. If you buy this you need to make adjustments for it to look as pictured. Not worth it

Looked really cool but the head came folded in half so I returned it. I bought a different one and realized your actions and abilities will be limited throughout your night. I am a 6' 185lb average size man. This fits perfectly. I bought purple gloves for the costume.PROS:-Looks GREAT!-Almost everything is includedCONS:-You cannot drink in this. Be prepared to remove the entire head to drink.-Your vision is severely hindered, so be ready-Very hot after about 10 minutes. Definitely can't wear all night.p.s. Be prepared to take A LOT of pics with random people! Everything is included

This is a great looking costume and worth every penny! It’s great for average height people. I am 5’5” at about 130 pounds but if you’re taller and heavier than that, it would still fit you perfectly. I don’t think 6” or over would work for this costume. Don’t like the shoe covers but you can find jester/elf shoes on here under 20. I also bought some purple evening gloves that’s cheap too. I can’t wait to wear this! It’s gonna be so fun!

bought this for Purim and was great. Got lots of attention. (last year wore similar costume of Wizzard. That one was a little better in MHO, but the quality is the same on both.)Only giving 4 out 5, as it as a drop difficult to keep the hat in place so that I could see out. I found I had to keep adjusting it on the Jester costume. Wasn't to bad, but worth a tick on the rating.

Everything is great except the feet covers and the pant bottoms. I am 6'3" with a 34" inseam and the pants are about 4" short. Still won the costume contest.

The head piece is difficult to use if you intend to walk around. Is better used if staying in one place and not moving much.
