Dorman 699-203 Accelerator Pedal Compatible with Select Ford Models

In preparation for my inspection due to a wreck, my TPS went out. In researching a new one, found out that Ford wanted $1,090. And the cheapest I could find it elsewhere was $650. (My trim package is Lariat, with adjustment pedals) I knew other trim packages of my model, had regular TPS' on them. And found this sweet little thing. Bolts right up to my stock mounting holes. Works like a dream! Not to mention it saved my wallet a ton!

I ordered this for my 2001 F350 super duty 7.3l which the fitment said would work on my truck. hopefully this review will help others. check your trucks manufactured date, this item will work on trucks manufactured AFTER 10/2000. Prior to that date you will need part number 67-1001pi gave a 3 star rating because as a seller, they should have provided the information required to accurately determine fitment. I'm sure that the assembly would have worked as intended for the correct vehicle.

works as it should, the spring is weaker then the oem so the pedal is a little to easy to push.

I received this item. It was a 5 minute install. Very simple. However, this particular unit doesn't always work. Sometimes you push down on the accelerator pedal and nothing happens. Which is actually worse than the one I replaced it with. The one I replaced just had a dead spot that annoyed the heck out of me at about 55 mph. But at least it always worked. I have returned this item and am waiting on it's replacement to see how it works out. The return/replacement process was very easy, so I hope I get a good one this time around. I gave it 2 stars because it does work, just not all the time, and they are replacing, no questions asked.

Ok I had an adjustable fuel pedal that I never adjusted they wanted 1100$ to replace it in my home town. So I went to an non adjustable and saved I out 1000$.the part fit perfectly and resolved all of my issues berry happy

Hi all. after pulling, codes and troubel shooting I determined that the T.P.S.on my truck was the culprit. So I replaced it with(Dorman 699-203 Acceleration Pedal Position.) and now all is well!
