the fact that reynolds wrap is the market leader is no accident, or solely the result of substantial marketing. it's simply true that no competitor comes close to matching their product in strength, thickness, durability, utility and all around quality. the american consumer doesn't mind paying a bit extra for this product, because they know they're getting the best there is.now that all that has been said, i can get to my point: i highly recommend spending even a bit more, and opting for the "heavy duty" version.why? because it is!for years before this newer offshoot became available, i was doubling up my reynolds wrap, so that it would have more strength and body, and not easily tear or buckle. then low and behold! - reynolds decided to do it for me, and brought out this "heavy duty" offshoot, which is in every way superior to my home-fashioned doubled-up version.and whichever version is employed, i rarely use it as a "wrap". rather, i use it daily for cooking in my toaster oven. i form a raised border all around and use the foil as a 'boat', on which to place my food for cooking. this ends in the easiest clean-up possible: ball up the foil and throw it in the garbage. it doesn't get any easier than that.so i've been using it exclusively ever since i discovered it, for decades now. and there's still nothing better.life is short. be good to yourself and get this heavy duty version. to the best of my knowledge, this 130 feet box is consistently the best deal -and lasts pretty much forever.

You get a lot longer roll with this one and it is heavy duty. Some people complained about the roll of foil sticking to the roll but we did not have that issue. This same item costs nearly twice as much at the grocery store, so I was glad to find this, and it had a coupon too, which brought the price down a lot per foot. This is so much stronger than the "everyday" foil by same company. I stick with the heavy duty which results in fewer tears and holes when you don't want them.

I’ve used this foil a few times now. First, the durability is fine—it’s labeled as heavy-duty, but honestly, I don’t notice a huge difference compared to regular foil. That said, it doesn’t tear easily, even when wrapping sharp-edged foods or using it on the grill. It also holds up well under high heat, making it great for roasting, grilling, and lining baking sheets. As for the width, 12 inches sounds decent, and for most everyday tasks, it works just fine. However, when I need to cover larger trays or bigger dishes, I often find myself having to overlap pieces, which isn’t always convenient.
