Fairfield 20in Square Planter

These are very large in size! In fact, a little bigger than I thought they would be, but that’s OK! I just ended up buying more flowers to plant in them. I bought two of these planters in the Spring and its now the middle of October and all of the flowers and plants that I put inside are still thriving! I have never had Pansies last this long, or Petunias for that matter. I very rarely need to water my plants, the only time I really do is when we go without rain for a long time. It is really like a self sustaining planter and I would love to get more of them. I felt totally confident about going on a three day trip and not having to worry about my flowers getting enough water. On top of that, they are very attractive and have held up well all Spring and Summer, and now into the Fall. The color still looks great (I got White) and I can see myself having these for a long time.

I bought 3 of the 20x20 white planters over a year ago and love them. I actually came back to view them again with plans to order more and saw that there was a "frequently returned" notice, which surprised me so I read some of the negative reviews. I haven't experienced any bowing as mentioned. I ensured to read the instructions regarding the plug/drainage hole so I imagine others may not have done so. Yes- this is a plastic planter and up close you can tell that, but they do not look cheap. The fact that they are plastic was a huge selling point for me because they wouldn't survive any length of time in Florida if not. They do get very heavy when filled with wet soil and water, but it is also easy to drain them if needed. I appreciate the self-watering feature. I hardly ever have to water and my plants are thriving even in the unbearable heat of the Florida summer. These are easy to clean with either a little bleach spray, pressure washer, or just hosing down, if needed. I highly recommend and I don't often take the time to write reviews, but thought this might be helpful to others.

I finally got to put my planter out and I'm so happy with it. I bought it because it's self watering, but that turned out to be especially positive because it's REALLY heavy when the reservoir is full. The front of my house is very very very windy and I'm confident that this planter is not going anywhere. The plant might blow out and away, but the planter will not. Note that it does not have drain holes so if you want to let the water out, you will need to drill one, and I recommend you do that while it's empty. The manufacturer provides instructions for creating a drain hole and includes a rubber cap to cover the hole if you drill it at the recommended diameter. The plastic is heavy and while it does not look like bronze on close inspection, it is still attractive. If I feel creative, I might rub some subtle metallic bronze paint in places. Overall, very pleased.

Ordered two of these in the dark brown color and planted a topiary in each one along with some ivy to spill over the sides. They flank my front door and look beautiful. The pots are a very nice quality with a nice, rich color and substantial weight to make them good and sturdy. I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend this product.

Look how pretty these are! I am really please with the quality, value for money and functionality of these planters. They are sturdy but not so heavy that I can’t manage them.

Good… but a bit softer & lighter plastic material than I as expecting on the design side of things. The size is perfect, and it comes fully assembled which is great.

This is such a solid and pretty planter and I absolutely love it. I bought two of them. They are holding my mums for the fall. They are pretty sizable so I ended up putting these on either side of my garage as they were too big for my front porch. I love that they are one solid piece and require no assembly. They are built to last. High recommend them!

I love these planters, and so do the pigmy palms that I planted in them. The fact that they are so light became so important when we were redoing our front yard and I had to move them several times. They look very elegant, and the palms weathered our very hot summer in them wonderfully!
