Not work the money spent. Very little number of words and is of no help to a professional who needs to have access to a more comprehensive reference manual.

Not easy to find words or phrases, hardly any Spanish modismos to be found in this book

I got this book from a friend and as a Spanish speaker it bothers me that everyone assumes we are all Mexican. This book should be titled "Mexican Slang". Mexican Slang is NOT spanish. Things like "Chingada, piche, lana" and other nonsense are meaningless for other Spanish speakers unless you are in Mexico. The author should do his homework first before writing this book. Este este libro contiene palabras idiomaticas de Mexico y no es Español o Castellano.

This book will help anyone to widen their horizons with the Spanish language.Arrived in Excellent condition.

Pretty good dictionary from the Spanish words.

The book arrived on time so there is no problem there. My beef is that there are many colloquial and slang expression that are seem to be used commonly, at least in South America, and are not present in the book (or any common dictionary). For example, watch an episode or two of Narcos and see how many words or expressions are not in a dictionary OR this book. I would suggest that the authors watch a few episodes of latin american TV and/or look at the subtitles in Spanish and see what holes they could fill in this book. That would make a very valuable improvement and this practical example of slang may be a reason that people buy the book in the first place.
