I already posted a video showing rust, paint damage, and damaged parts. Im currently assembling everything per the instructions online and now I've found 1 of the 2 tank straps is missing. So now instead of continuing on with this, it gets to sit until i run through the paces with the company. Mistakes happen I know, however the $1,000 I spent on this plus the jk220 add on kit is a lot of money to me and i would expect better care to be taken with all purchases...

THE GOOD Good packaging. Prompt delivery. The design and parts used for assembly are well thought out and designed. The installation was easy enough since they’re videos on-line to use. The instructions are a PDF file. They recommend paperless but, in my opinion that’s a noble but not practical idea. Trying to jump around the PDF pages was a pain so I ended up printing it out. All the parts made by Kleinn were top notch. After assembly, everything worked as it should.THE BAD I wish Kleinn would have labeled the parts a little better. The hardware and fittings they send with the kit were the absolute cheapest parts they could find. For what they charge for this kit I would think they would send better fittings and hardware. I noticed some metric fittings that were to be used where SAE were needed, the washers were not sized correctly. My kit was missing one of the metric bolts used to mount the skid plate. So that was a trip to the parts house and extra cost. My kit was also missing the Kleinn juice, after a phone call to Kleinn they said a good substitute was red thread locker. Another added expense and trip to the parts house. I went this route so I wouldn’t have to plead my case and then wait 4-5 more days to install.THE UGLY About 2 weeks after installation I went to hit my horn button and nothing. After repeatedly hitting the button it finally worked. But only very intermittently. I suspected the switch. I emailed Kleinn support and basically asked for a replacement switch since I didn’t want to have to tear my dash back apart just to test the switch. They responded and told me I needed to test the switch, I guess they didn’t hear me? So, I tore the dash apart and tested the switch and guess what, it’s bad. So, I reassembled the dash and contacted support for a replacement. At the time of this review I have not heard back from them.SUMMARY I would recommend this product to a friend because of the top-notch compressor and horn, but I would also tell the purchaser what to expect of the hardware. Kleinn, if you read this, spend 5 more dollars on your end and supply quality and correct nuts, bolts, washers, switches and include the Kleinn juice. The Kleinn juice was also missing in the JL 220 horn kit add-on I purchased. You have the best product out there, just don’t trip over pennies.
