I love this one. Wish it cost less, but hey don’t we all! (1st place soup is their sweet potato coconut lentil)

Yum, yum! Try it, you'll like it!
I love Amy's soups and have tried many varieties. This Thai Coconut Soup is now one of my favorites. It almost mimics Burmese spicy coconut soup so I added low sodium organic chicken broth, noodles, soft boiled eggs, chunks of cooked chicken and made a quick meal out of it. Yes, I know it's Vegan but I'm not, haha! I stopped ordering this soup in Thai restaurants because I prefer this soups with good ingredients with no bad oils.

Just Good Soup says it all. Good flavor and good ingredients but about the flavor was kinda thai tasting and nothing impressive to make us want to reorder.

Thin and tasteless
I normally love may's soups so I happily buy a tray at a time. This one disappoints. The consistency is very, very thin. Not much of a kick to the spice. Expensive for the quality. Veg's bland. I won't buy again.
