I bought these at about 2 weeks postpartum from my last c-section about 2 years ago. After my previous two c-sections, I had switched over to some spanx control top panties when I was fed up with my binder and they worked well, but were uncomfortable and easily stained, so I wanted to try something new. I don't know how I ended up on this set, but I am SO HAPPY I did! These somehow manage to offer greater compression than the Spanx, yet are more comfortable. I had a low transverse incision and the control top part started about 1 cm or about 1/2 an inch above my incision, but they managed to make me feel pulled together. I did not feel like my guts were going to go flying out my incision if I laughed, coughed, or sneezed. As all moms know, your lower belly is very jiggly right after birth and these did a phenomenal job stopping the jiggle and sucking things in postpartum. My only complaint is that the thigh holes are cut a bit small - my thighs are by no means large but they felt fairly pinchy in the groin area where it's cut out for the thighs. I am 5'3" and was 150 lbs at delivery - about 135 lbs when I first bought these. I purchased a size small and they fit great. Once I got down to about 115-120 lbs I bought a second set in size XS and those had greater control for my still wobbly, jiggly tummy. The stitching was great, the fabric was soft, and I very much appreciated the fact that the crotch was made out of cotton and not a synthetic. These panties are practical - not lingerie to impress your husband. My husband groaned every time he saw me pull these out of the dresser with glee. It is for that reason that I did not mark them well for flattering. However - the purpose of these panties is NOT to be flattering. Think of them more as a low grade medical device (an easier binder alternative) to help you feel better after a c-section.

True to size, fit is comfortable. Wish the waistband had been snugger/tighter for more control.

Best panties I can find. I am 51 and just want full coverage. I wore a different brand for years until they changed the material. These will roll down slightly but not like others. I wish there was a little more support at the top, but they are the best out there. I have purchased several packs. True to size.

The material is nice and the size fits well but I wish the material around the leg holes had a little more stretch to them. I ordered a large -I’m 5 ft 2 1/2 inches tall and 148 pounds. They are comfortable.

These fit well and help to hold in the belly. They are comfortable to wear. Now to see if they hold up to washing. I'm going to let mine air dry and wash in cold water.

I'm a big fan of these. They don't do a huge amount of shaping but they are comfortable and sturdy and don't fade at all in the wash. I typically use them to hold my tights or stockings up and they work perfectly for that. Excellent product in my opinion.

I'm so upset with these. I thought they'd be nice to help with some fupa I've got going on while I work on losing weight and control my shape. But even being XL they didn't fit. Im pretty sure I just underestimated the measurements, but dang I was too excited for these. I went to put then on and they didn't even go past my waist. The main reason for the review aside from the size being my fault, is that they're not stretchy like the description says. I don't know what material this is but it's terrible. I'm usually an XXL at most, but I can fit into other XL panties. Not these though. Got up to my thighs and it pinched my freaking skin. So unhappy. I'll just be recycling the material or something, I don't know. Can't return them now I guess. But yeah, make sire you order at least 2 or 3 sizes up. Yeah, it was that bad.
