Not hardened- they bent after using grab handles to tie bike down
These are great for lining up and installing the Gold Wing seat- which can be a real bear to do.My only complaint is that the set I had installed bent after using the grab handles to tie the bike down in the RV - so had to buy another set.I wouldn't have known if I hadn't had to remove the seat for another project.

Much easier than stock bolts
These bolts are used on the Honda Goldwing GL1800 to hold the seat on. These bolts make it MUCH easier to get the bolts in without cross threading them.

Worth the money
If you let someone else do your bike maintenance, don't waste the money. If you do your own work, it makes reinserting the bolts a lot simpler.

They work a treat. Save time and aggravation.
I was reluctant to buy these at first because of the cost. But I finally ordered them and I'm very happy with my purchase. I have an aftermarket seat and it can be a real challenge to line everything up with the stock bolts. The tapered ends on these bolts help guide them in and centre the holes. Plus they are much longer than the original bolts, allowing you to start them by hand without an Allen key.

Si ce n'était pas du prix de cet article j'aurais donné 5 étoiles. Parfait pour aligner le siège de la moto et visser directement dans le trou, mais a $15 la vis c'est du vol.

Great product but....
I ordered the wrong type of bolts. These are for a standard 'Wing. My bike is an F6B which needs different bolts
