Broken seal on jar
The lid was dented and honey leaked out making everything sticky

Uniquely flavored honey, but too much crystallization
The price is good for this unique tasting honey. One can definitely taste a hint of lime, but it is a sweet honey; not tart. I was very disappointed the jar was about 2/3 crystallized. Most honeys can and will crystallize eventually. I'm aware the jar can be placed in warm water to reduce the crystallization, but in my experience, once honey has begun to crystallize, there is no stopping the process. Since the majority of the jar was already crystallizing, I suspect it had not been stored correctly, or was older than I expected. As a single flower varietal, the quality control seems a little lacking. The flavor is very unique, and I find it very tasty. It tasted good in both herbal and black teas, and I will likely purchase it again. I would have rated it five stars had it not had such extensive crystallization. Hopefully the next time will be better.

wonderful light sweetness with a fragrance of european spring...clear bright taste without any un favorable under tones..I will order this again.
