Less pain in joints
I have painful thumb joints and stiffness in my fingers. After a couple of weeks of taking these I’ve definitely noticed a difference in ease of movement and less pain. I have not noticed any side affects from taking them and I also have a very sensitive stomach 🤦♀️ I think these are definitely worth a try.
