Banana Caramel Muffin Mix

These are so good. Even my toddler has been munching on them. My husband does NOT do keto and he said he couldn’t even tell. Super easy prep. Nice strong but not too strong banana flavor. It does have a mild aftertaste but when you’re on keto you take the best you can get and to me these are it!! I went for 20 minutes vs 17 as I like a bit more dense texture but as the bag states they are soft at first and firm up for me about 20-30 mins after setting upon removal from oven. Super simple - only need eggs butter and a splash of apple cider vinegar which is much easier than some other or from scratch keto recipes. Will be repurchasing !!

Taste great and hit the spot for that urge to eat something sweet without breaking my diet.

This is the ONLY keto item I’ve ever had that someone could tell me genuinely, it was normal not keto and I’d believe them. Good texture, great quality, easy to cook, low carbs, medium to small bag and thick and rich like banana bread should be!

Easy to make. One package makes 9 muffins. I'm overall happy with them. One suggestion I have to those making them for the first time - perhaps make MINI muffins out of them. They're quite "heavy" and filling and I think a half-sized muffin might work better for me. Also I highly recommend FREEZING most of them - it will make them last longer (IMO) and also discourage eating all 9 at once. The flavor is good. There's a bit of a strong "fake banana" smell that doesn't really transfer to the flavor (which is a more natural banana flavor). The texture is what has me hung up a bit with offering 4 instead of 5 stars. I followed directions precisely and may alter it a bit next time (maybe more egg, less butter?) The center of the muffins turned out really heavy/moist/dense. Really nothing BAD but I'd love a lighter fluffier end result. The cost is my biggest hangup. Around $1 a muffin is a bit steep. Worth it? Yeah probably but I'd buy them more often if the price point were to drop. Overall a great "treat" for those on a low carbohydrate diet. Hope this review was helpful!

This is the best keto baking mix I've bought so far. Honestly, I don't even have to qualify it with "keto", it a great baking mix whether you're low carb or not! I don't have a muffin tin and I don't have a baking pan but my pots are oven safe up to 350 so I dumped the batter in and made a cake lol. It browned deeply but by no means did it taste burned. Sweet and moist through and through. If I absolutely HAD to nitpick a negative, it would be that licking the whisk was weird tasting and I'll never do it again. But even then I'd still recommend licking the whisk the first time because it doesn't taste like anything else I've ever tasted and it's not wholly unpleasant

Ok, so I started a keto diet about a month and a half ago. Ive been using urine test strips to check my ketones. I made the muffins two days ago and at the time had moderate to large ketone levels. I made the muffins exactly as directed and didnt make any embellishments like icing, etc. I ate two of them the first day because I havent had bread and was ecstatic to have something like it. The next day I was knocked back into moderate almost low ketone levels and thought maybe it was because I ate two. So I ate one muffin yesterday as dessert after a day of full keto meals. Just tested my ketones this morning and Im back to small levels. I have no clue what ingredient or ingredients is doing this but Im upset that Ive basically ruined my diet and will spend the next week or so just trying to build my ketone levels back up. I think the muffins are great tasting, but not worth falling off the wagon. I might as well have eaten regular muffins.

Omgoodness these have to be one of the BEST Banana Carmel muffins I have tried in a very Long time. I’m on a little to no sugar diet due to inflammation issues and these desserts help out tremendously when I get a sweet tooth. Will Definitely be recommending these to family and friends. Little to no sugars, totally YUMMY😋. For those who are interested in spicing thing up a little to make these 100% better, add “Brown Butter” instead of regular butter and a small banana. You can even add a few nuts if you like. My husband and friends LOVES these so I will be ordering several packages. Please keep making these so individuals like myself can enjoy things like this when I do get a sweet too. Awesome product! I make 12 portions (more than it called for, and they were still huge and next time I will make them even smaller to have even more. See photo I loaded.

The one think I miss on a low carb diet are baked goods. I'm always on the constant hunt for something low carb to fill that void, but am usually disappointed. I love these muffins so much I've already ordered more. They're easy to mix up and 15 minutes to bake. They taste so good. The texture is not as fluffy as muffin full of carbs, but not nearly as dense as any other keto breads I've tried and rejected. These are so good. Buttery and sweet tasting. I highly recommend them. However, like most Keto foods, they are a bit pricey.
