Good for masonry
These were used to attach a mini-split mounting bracket to exterior brick and they worked well. Make sure to use the correct size masonry bit and a hammer drill.

Preferred design
Washers missing is a normal problem. Most of them shake apart in the box during shipping and handling - which allows the washers to slide out of the gaps in the box.I prefer this design of anchor because they can be removed and relocated if necessary.

I used four of these to mount an 85 TV to a brick wall. It’s not going anywhere!

Could not get the bolt to expand the sleeve effectively.I have the box of bolts and since I tried to install I did not return.I used it on brick masonry.
