this was a hard to find product, their are many products that look similar but are not. with a intake vent you do not want the same kind of a flap that you have in a exhaust vent or it will not suck in air.depending on your application this might be exactly what your looking for.

Installer will most likely need to replace the entire cover.
I bought this 4” intake air vent cover because it was an exact replacement for my existing vent cover so i knew I would be able to remove the louvred section and install it into my existing frame cover with ease. Unfortunately the picture doesn’t match the shipped product but because I am resourceful I was able to make a modification and it all worked out fine in the end. I have attached a picture for your reference.
