Good smart watch if you are a fitness freak. Nice design good looking. If you have a small to medium wrist than the size is perfect. No gps so if you want to calculate exact you have to run with your phone. Can store songs but sync songs is a time consuming process. I am writing this review after using it for more than 2 years. It is working completely fine till now. It has an inbuilt Alexa and it's voice-enabled. It comes with 1 large and 1 small strap and a charger. Straps are easily available on any online shopping platform. You can store songs and play games by downloading them from the app on your mobile phone. The app has hundreds of clock faces. At most you can store 5 clock faces on your device. The clock faces can be downloaded from the app and some of them are free while others need to be paid. It doesn't have a speaker but gets connected to earphones or headphones via Bluetooth. The battery life continues for 4-5 days depending upon the usage. It tracks all-day activity like steps, distance, active minutes, calories you burned. It measures your heart rate 24/7. Fitbit is water-resistant to some extent. Bluetooth gets disconnected from the phone suddenly and you will not receive any messages, emails, or phone calls. Sometimes it gets connected by reloading the app or turning it off and then turning on the Bluetooth on a mobile phone. Sometimes after 1-2 days, it connects automatically. Fitbit is just a fitness tracker and it's different from other smartwatches. It is advised for people who are very much into fitness or gym. Overall the watch is worth the money.

This is the dumbest of watches. Looks amazing but only if looks could have worked! It won't sync, it won't notify, there is no service center, there is no help available if your dumb watch runs into problems. I had it for only one day and instead of reducing my stress it increased to double! Do buy it unless you have a lot of money to waste.

Perfect value for money and good trendy look

I have had a Surge for over 5 years. Upgraded to Fitbit Versa 2 and the limited Edition looked smart and elegant. It came with two sets of straps (S and L). It has too many features that I may never use but shines when offered. The active minute feature did not work In this watch at all. This is important to me and thus I returned it. Was not willing to compromise with one non working feature. Not sure why. Tried all troubleshooting but it wouldn’t capture it. Have reordered another colour.l from Another vendor. Wil update once I check that watch.
