KVD Beauty Everlasting Longwear Liquid Lipstick Double Dare

This stuff really surprised me. I expected it to be either super dry or extremely sticky, or that it would last maybe 30 minutes and then leave a vivid ring of color around the edges with all the middle worn away. It is a bit dry, but not drying, meaning that it doesn't leave my lips looking parched. The color goes on smoothly and sets after a minute, then lasts for hours! This color is pretty and great on it's own. It's also a neutral shade, so I find that I can use it as a base and put another regular lipstick on top of it if a want to wear one of my usual colors. When I do that, it acts as an awesome primer and makes the regular lipstick last longer, too. I see more of these in my future!

I wear this color on my lips, cheeks, and eyes. Sometimes at the same time for a nice monochromatic look. It lasts about half a day on the lips and all day on the cheeks and eyelids -- even though it is not designed to do so. It can be a bit drying on the lips, but the matte color is perfect for my very light olive complexion. I've lost track of how many times I've purchased this color, and I was glad to see that it was in stock on Amazon when my usual resellers were sold out.

This is my first Kat Von D lip product and I really like this. I have medium skin with yellow undertones and on me, this came up as a brownish nude color that is slightly pink--a really nice color I can wear everyday. Smooth matte finish that I didn't find over-drying and it doesn't budge. It did come off after I had a pretty greasy burger, but it's so easy to reapply and it didn't seem to stain my lips. Also, it comes off quite easily. Some matte liquid lipsticks are so stubborn that I have to soak a cotton pad in makeup remover, hold it between my lips and then literally scrub off the product from the creases in my lips...BUT that is not the case with this KVD formula. I will definitely be repurchasing this in the future and I look forward to testing out some other colors.

It's very good for a black matte, but I'm used to the superstay type. On the plus side, this isn't sticky like you would find with non-transferables, however on the downside, you do have to be somewhat careful. It isn't SUPER transferable, but it can come off if you're eating or drinking or just wipe your mouth, and cause a bit of a mess.

When they say that it lasts all day, they mean it. I just wish I could get it in more colors.

Love how this feels, looks and wears! It's a gorgeous chestnut rose color. 🌹 It's similar to my own natural lip color but darker. The wear is fantastic! I get a good 3 to 4 hrs of wear depending on if I'm drinking coffee or eating. Highly recommend!

This is not the correct shade. Top in pic is my original Kat Von D Bow N Arrow and the bottom is this new one. As you can see, they are completely different. The new one also comes off right away and dries out my lips completely. It is not the same quality at all. I contacted seller for a refund and they say they will only refund half if the box is opened/not sealed. I would not have been able to tell the quality without opening it so this policy is horrible customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Amazing formula, doesn't feel dry like most liquid lips. Feels like silk and lasts most of the day. Best colour in the range.
