Great price for a high quality bearing set
King Bearings are my go to for my low budget LS engine rebuilds (junkyard stuff). They are nothing fancy, they are bi-metal just like OEM and they are always the correct thickness. I have used them twice for mains and rods on an LQ4 and LQ9. Slam them in and let her ride. Great insurance for an unknown condition engine.

FYI comment reviews
I have not purchased a set for my 08 Silverado 5.3 (LY5) engine. I spoke with King about some of the posted reviews and here is what was said..1 - Country of origin is Israel, not China.2 - The tang is not for "anti-spin" purpose but a locating tang (upper/lower). The compression/crush of the cap-block is what keeps a bearing from spinning. The tang is removed on purpose on the thrust bearing (position 3), this allows it to be used on a LS engine and LT engine since dim are the same, tang located in different spot between the two. I was told that the other bearing (position 1, 2, 4, 5), tang is still present. When installing the the thrust bearing (position 3), make sure the bearing oil holes are on block side since locating tang is not present. They may even remove the tang on the other bearings to cut down on process step too, just gotta pay attention to the oiling oils and their location..Hope this helps folks..

No stop spin on bearing
There was no stop spin on the center bearing which could have resulted in total engine failure. I am not happy. And how only one 1⣠bearing? Requested a new set... we will see what happens

thrush bearing was missing the spin stop.
Manufacturer (china) didn't stamp in the Spin stop on the thrush bearing. I sure hope ppl inspect their bearing before installing. Lost a lot of time on my build.
