Makes a great addition to other flour. Adds good color and taste. Use 50/50 for sour dough crackers, holding up well when rolled thin.

Makes a great loaf of rye bread.
Good quality rye flour! Be sure to add 2 tablespoon vital wheat gluten to a 1 loaf recipe (1 cup rye to 2 cups all purpose flour) or you'll end up with a brick. Love Bob's Red Mill products.
