Appears GM, but not ready install unit
As noted two things of importance. No studs and no gaskets, would recommend shopping around as studs are very difficult to get out and install on new one. 2006 duramax lbz

Great replacement, can be done by DIY'ers!
Wasn't the easiest thing to install on 2007 2500HD LBZ, but with a little video research, 7 hrs., and the right tools (crankshaft bolt kit & fan clutch tool) it can be done by those with a little bit of know-how and willingness to try. Definitely better than the $1100 the mechanic shop wanted to do it.

It is an OEM part
I purchased a water pump directly from chevy dealership for $400 then I found this on and bought it to just check it out I compare both of them, they both were packaged exactly the same and they both have the same marking and btm stamp on the housing, also it's the same water pump I took off the truck

Waterpump assembly
It appears to be flawless casting should fit without a glitch. Since sold as a combo pump & housing already bolted together I assume the o-ring mating them together would have been installed!! Even though the specs say otherwise. Just to be safe, I'm pulling it apart!!

i do not hate it , but i can not rate it because i am waiting for the lisle tool 22110 to be able to install it , will be happy to rate it after i recieve the lisle tool . and i install it .
