LUMILOON BLACK BALLOONS w/ WHITE L.E.D.'s Patent No. 7,344,267 Our NEW amp; IMPROVED BALLOON LIGHT. ALL IN ONE UNIT, a 14" Black Balloon, High Powered Light Source, Easy Fill One Way Valve and an Attached 6' White Ribbon. This Lumi Loon Balloon is SO cool that a Patent has been issued amp; pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14" BLACK Latex Balloon amp; attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are Hi Powered L.E.D's that have three modes. Order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons). Please Note: The valve on the LUMILOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply with a black latex straight inflator. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH. WARNING: We are offering the Lighted Black Balloons at our customers request. Frankly we don't understand it since the light that comes through a black balloon.
