This product worked as indicated. It was easy to use and we had no issues. We could use it underwater easier and got lots of photos and the quality of the pictures was excellent. It is very durable and the price was inexpensive! At the resort and beach they were selling one for $40. Such a good value for these!

Wasnt expecting these to be as good as they were, especially for the price. I tested them at home by placing a paper towel in them, filling sink with water, then submerging them for 30 minutes. Bone dry. Used them in Mexico and got some cool pics of fish underwater when snorkeling. Can be blurry and tricky to use but easy to use after a few tries. Easy enough to delete and crop pics and vids that dont meet expectations. Also worked great for keeping passport and money dry and on my person when traveling. Excellent buy

For the basics, it works, it's water tight and I didn't have any issues with water seeping in. However, for the price you're definitely getting what you pay for with this one. I found the neck strap to be a bit uncomfortable to wear and ended up replacing it with a generic lanyard while on vacation. The size is a bit small depending on your phone. I'm using an S23 Ultra with a rather slim case and it was a struggle to get in and just barely fit. I was able to squeeze in some cards in as well but it was a bit sketchy. I didn't really take it into much water, mainly a few hot tubs and shallow waters. Didn't notice any major water seepage into the phone area.

Work great it keeped my phone dry, it thick, closure is good, flexiblity, tactile feel, size was great. The pictures came out looking great. Definitely waterproof

The Hiearcool Waterproof Phone Pouch (2 Pack) is exactly what I needed for beach trips and cruises. It fits my phone (up to 8.9”) comfortably and the touch screen functionality works surprisingly well through the case — I could take photos and scroll without ever taking my phone out of the pouch. I love that the lanyard is included and feels sturdy enough to wear around my neck while swimming or exploring. The IPX8 rating gives me confidence that my phone stays dry even when splashed or briefly submerged. The only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars are that the closure can be a little finicky at first, and sometimes the screen responsiveness is slightly less sensitive than when the phone is uncovered. Neither issue is a deal breaker, but they’re worth noting. Overall, solid value for a 2-pack waterproof case — perfect for travel and water adventures!

I was so glad I had this protection when we visited the many waterfalls in Iceland. The sprays did not block the pictures. Worth the buy.

Took these with us to Panama on a family vacation. I wanted my children's phones to be protected while we traveled by boat. I read loads of reviews from other travellers who rated these very highly, even people who lost their phones in one of these cases to be successfully recovered, and still working days later! We tested the pouches once received as they suggested by submerging them in water overnight with a piece of paper towel or tissue inside to check for leaks. All four cases were water tight. We used these to take UNDERWATER photos and videos while travelling! No leaks! We had so much fun and didn't have to invest in a go pro. My only complaint is that the touch screen functions are not functional while under water. We took photos using the side buttons, but for videos, I would have to start the video above water, then submerge the phone while recording to capture the underwater videos. Small price to pay for a cheap and effective option. Highly recommended!
