Starfire Solarus HT All-Season 245/70R17 110T Tire

bought 2 tires, These are my 5th pair I have bought, found these cheaper on amazon then I could get them locally, got them mounted to day they replaced a 2 year old set of the same tires they look great, and I havent had a issue with the solarus starfire tires ever, the reason I am replacing them is I rebuilt the front end and didnt have time to get the alignment done, one thing lead to another and its been 7 months and they were wearing funny, I will be replacing my rear tires with these in 8 months I hope thy are still available then - they came a day earlier, which never happens to me

Excellent replacement tire for Trailblazer SUV I was a little skeptical about purchasing tires online. Amazon made it very simple for the tire purchase and the professional tire installation. I live in northeast Pennsylvania and the tire were installed at my localJack Williams tires shop. The tires were shipped directly to the tire shop so no need to have to handle the tire yourself. I was a little leary about customer service at the tire shop because of not purchasing the tires directly from the shop , WOW ! Was I wrong about that I was treated with the up most curtsy . The only thing I can say is the tire are slightly harder riding the my previous tires. But they are whisper quiet on the road , the day I had them installed I took a 4 hour trip to Pittsburgh in pouring rain all the way and they are fantastic in the rain zero hydroplaning and just recently drove the in two snow storms we just had and traction was much better than i expected they are actually excellent in snow. Lots of band for your buck compared to Brand name tires. Now only time will tell about how they will wear. I actually was so impressed with the tires I bought 4 more for my daughter's SUV.

I've owned this brand before many years ago. They were their own company back then. I had those 1st on a previous pickup I had. Those lasted nearly 6 years and I drove everywhere from work to home and as needed everywhere else each day.I went away from them when they sold out to this other Big company as I figured they would be more costley.This time around I seen these on sale and the best price for the size I have on my current GMC Canyon and went with them again.So far I'm verry happy with them again and hope I get another good round time again.So far no issues.Working well ...even in snowy conditions on road this year in Ohio.

Installed four of these back in November of 2022 put about just over 30000 miles on these tires with some fairly aggressive driving. For the money these are a great purchase and as an Auto technician I can safely say that these tires balance perfectly with very little weight and no hard spots on the road force balance which is a telltale sign that these are quality tiresIt is now November of 2024, and the tread is now just above the wear bars, as long as your vehicle is properly aligned these tires should wear at a normal rate however I will say and I think other reviews have mentioned it that these tires don't come with a very deep tread to begin compared to what you would get with goodyear tires for example. They are missing at least an extra 4/32nds, overall, a solid purchase

I AM SO HAPPY I PURCHASED THESE TIRESI WOULD BUY THESE FROM AMAZON AGAIN BEFORE EVER BUYING FROM DISCOUNT TIRE AGAIN. I PURCHASED MY LAST SET OF “NAME BRAND” TIRES FROM DISCOUNT FOR ALMOST $1300. THEY WERE RATED FOR 60,000 THEY WERE WORN OUT WHERE THEY WOULD NOT EVEN ROTATE THEM FOR ME IN 23,000/8 MONTHS.NO THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR OR FRONT END TO WEAR THEM OUT FASTER THEY WERE JUST JUNK.THANK YOU AMAZON AND THIS TIRE MANUFACTURER FOR SUPPLYING CUSTOMERS WITH A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A HONEST PRICE!!! I RECENTLY LOST MY 15YR OLD SON TO A SUDDEN AVM BRAIN ANEURYSM SO I DEFINITELY COULD NOT AFFORD TO BE SCREWED OVER AGAIN.TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT SET OF TIRES LOOK NO FURTHER. I have been an ASE certified technician for 35 years. I have installed a lot of tires over the years. I love these tires! The cost is great,no noise,no vibration whatsoever and the traction on snow and ice is excellent. I live in Central New York and we get snow and ice. This year is finally normal,last couple of years have been mild. I will definitely buy these again and recommend them.
