These knives are made of a super strong nylon composite that is almost as hard as steel. They can be driven through plywood like a nail. They are completely undetectable when passing through metal detectors. This is a great offer. You are getting the 3rd item free. CIA Knife Specs: 7-3/4" overall 3-3/4" blade 1-1/2" width at largest point 2 oz. CIA Spike Specs 8" overall 3-1/4" blade 1/2" width at largest point 2 oz. CIA Ice Scraper Specs: 3-1/2" Overall 2-3/4" Width 2 oz. Review: A little extra protection!!! - I have been using these kind of knifes for years!!! I bought this set for my wife and daughter when the go out of town or country with out me!!!! You can take them on and off of a cruise ship with no problem. And they are less bulky than a dive knife. I hope I or they never have to use them but some times when you get a cab in Mexico or any other country, even New York. You never know what can happen. Trust me they / I are no 007 but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go down with out a FIGHT!!!! Take what I say with a grain of salt but also be prepared no matter what or where your at. Review: stealthy - If you are paranoid like me and need to have something sharp to open a box or letter in an area where sharp metal items are forbidden, get this set- it has no metal and will not activate any detectors. Now you will always be prepared to open that cardboard box or seal package even in a "no knife zone".

These are honestly pretty cool
A good way to carry protection when metal matters, Strictly self defense and condone no violence

Not the A. G Russell Cia Letter Opener.
It's not the genuine CIA letter opener that I owned for years. It doesn't have a spine with a blood groove and it is shorter and more cheaply made. The ice scraper is useful removing ice.

Great tools
Great for self defense. I think the ice scraper could be a little thinner for better concealment in the pocket. It can be a bit bulky at times. Sheaths for the other tools would be nice too.

plastic knife and scraper
Well known CIA "letter opener" that is nonmetallic and easy to use. Good price and quick shipping. Scraper welcome addition

Won't set off metal detectors
Obviously these are not what they are advertised as; but they're great items for exactly what they look like they're for, and they have no metal so they don't set off metal detectors.
