I was reluctant after reading some bad reviews however my daughter loved this bag so I gave it a shot. I gave it two months use before writing this review as I read complaints of tears and broken handles soon after purchase.It’s a beautiful print, and it has been sturdy for an 11 year old 6th grader who uses this 5 days a week!Wheels are great, plenty of room, two side nets for water bottles , plenty of pockets and lap top storage with Velcro strap to hold it in place .

I got this for my 8 year old girl. She is being using it since January 10 of this year and the backpack is almost intact. She has to carry lots of big and heavy books... so it is perfect. She over fill it, so I was worried that the zippers will fail but so far, the backpack is still good! The color is exactly the same as the picture. Is big and has 3 main Compartments. The only thing that is a little loose is the handle but as she use it every day and do not take a very good care of it, I can't tell if it is because of that or has a defect. But still work good and she loves it

Love this backpack! It is very sturdy and rolls easily. My 5th grader has no problem lugging around her books. There are plenty of pockets / storage. She can get all her textbooks and binders in but it's a very snug fit. Not the fault of the backpack though. I would recommend this product for sure!

My daughter was excited when opening the package. The colors are great and it has many compartments. the adjustable handle is nice because she is shorter. The design seems sturdy. I have no concern over durability upon inspection of the item. It also has padding on the back when she wants to shoulder it.

I bought it for my 9yr old child who had an arm cast and a medical boot and had to bring her school chromebook home every day.It was too big/ bulky/ heavy. She liked it, but I noticed her struggles. It was too hard to get on/ off the school bus and the car too.She used it for about 2 months just at school and the inside fabric separating the middle part already began ripping through. The wheels did not break like others mentioned. I would be hesitant to buy again, but it's better for a teenager or adult.

I bought this to replace my daughters other school bag that ripped. the material of this bag is fantastic. It definitely will hold up to the wear and tear of a teenager. It has plenty of room for all her books and extra compartments for all of her other stuff. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone with a teen!

I purchased this backpack for my daughter, thinking that it would be great quality since it was up there in price. One the second day of school, I lifted the back pack out of the car to hand to my daughter and the strap broke at the seam. The back pack was practically empty. I looked and saw that the threads were loose. I wrote to the seller and explained what happened and their response is that it is wear and tear and they will not take the back pack. I wrote back to them letting them know that the backpack was defective and how is it possible to have wear and tear on a back pack that broke on the morning of the second day of school. I sent pictures like they requested. If that is considered wear and tear then, you shouldn't be charging $50 for a back back that breaks immediately. It is obvious that the back pack is defective. Well, as you can see, based on my star rating, they never responded. Very bad business. This is my first time writing a bad review ever. Normally if I'm unhappy with something, I just don't write a review at all. But it is so unfair that I spent $50 on this back pack and I have to carry my daughters back pack for her to school because she can't wear it on her back due to the strap being broken.

It was bigger then we thought and we didn't think we wouldn't need such a big bag, but in 4th grade they are bringing home quite a lot of text books now, so it's been great! Sturdy and works well. We walk almost a mile to school everyday with it.
