You are buying a pair of Black Saddlebag fillers that fit Harley Touring models from 1993-2008 EXCEPT for Street Glide. Made from 16 gauge steel these 2 1/4" wide fillers between the fender and saddlebags covering the rear shock . These are black primed and ready to paint. Note, these will not work with Harley's Quick Detach Back Rest or Tour-Pak Hardware, nor will they work with the Electra Glides that have Saddlebag "side" guards. ing hardware is not included.
