Organic Soft & Dried Dark Sweet Cherries, 375 g

Made a pie using these with a small amount of hot water then mash them slightly . It was absolutely deliciouse with cream. the Filo pastry was crisp and the filling was smooth and very tasty

They are tasty and high quality and I've not found any with stones in yet, but a few things to be aware of are: - these are very sweet due to "organic apple juice concentrate" being added (basically lots of fructose) so the sugar content is actually quite high at 65% even though dried cherries should be around 45% sugar on their own. Personally I find them a tiny bit too sweet and I was hoping for something to compliment the chocolate in some brownies. - the pack states fat content = 0% though one of the ingredients is sunflower oil, so even if it's less than 1% it should say <1% or something but I guess different places have different packaging rules.

I was a little disappointed with these. I use frozen sweet cherries in smoothies and hoped that these would taste similar, I was wrong. These cherries do not taste anything like freshly frozen ones. In fact I couldn't tell you what the taste is as its not descriptive really. The texture is very chewy. These are not unpleasant at all, just not what I was expecting.

Excellent! I had sent them as a gift. There were lots in the bag and my friends added them to their cereal/cooked oatmeal.

So happy to have found these - so much bigger and juicier than other brands I've tried and just the right balance of sour and sweet. Really delighted

Me han gustado mucho. Son suaves y jugosas. Algunas un poco más ácidas y amargas que otras. Pero en general deliciosas. Sin dudas volveré a comprarlas.

Optisch sahen die Kirschen gut aus. Geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Sie schmeckten nicht nach Kirschen und hatten eine krümelige Konsistenz. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Les cerises ont été partiellement réhydratées avec du jus de pomme: par conséquent, elles ont le goût de jus de pomme et non de cerise. C’est dommage. La texture est parfaite, très moelleuse.

AU PETIT DEJEUNER AVEC YOGHURT

La marque Biopocket spécialisée dans la commercialisation et le conditionnement des fruits séchés, a constitué une agréable surprise pour moi. En l’espèce, il s’agit d’un sac zippé bien hermétique, contenant 375g de cerises noires séchées bio, de texture bien moelleuse, sans arômes ni sucre ajouté et parfumées de jus de pomme bio. Savoureuses et douces, ces cerises conviennent parfaitement pour un apéritif mais peuvent aussi entrer dans la confection de jus de fruits délicieux, à cet égard, je les ai mélangées avec du lait, des bananes et des noix, pour la préparation d’un onctueux lait de poule. Dotée d’une fermeture zippée, le sac est astucieux et permet de bien conserver les cerises. Le seul petit bémol réside dans le fait que le jus de pomme ayant servi à l’assaisonnement des cerises a étouffé quelque peu leur valeur gustative et a ainsi empiété sur le goût de ces cerises. Donc excellentes cerises noires séchées bio, très riches en fibres et en magnésium, onctueuses, moelleuses et bien conditionnées, cerises de grande qualité que je ne peux que recommander.
